1. computing environment must provide televisible display
2. hardware should be a set-top box driving TV and control keyboard, mouse, cdrom and fast i/o port
3. hurdles to productive computing must be thoroughly removed by naturalizing and robotizing the computing environment, resulting in everything displayed is in English and all tasks are performed by the computer with guidance and control by users
4. computer must take over all the difficult part of computing now it has become very powerful, including memory, speed and logic.
5. computer user must cooperate fully in the area of building an infrastructure, instead of tripping over each other by duplicating R/D and putting unaffordable price tags on tools of productivity causing undesirable road blocks
6. Mobilizing the retired generation of technical professionals to help with education in next-generation computing by making screen display easier on the eyes and computing skills easier to learn
