OUTERNET is the network of all Robacus nodes. Direct link over IP addresses, fixed or dynamic, is provided by wakeable servers.
All new updates to Robacus software, except the robots, should be distributed over every node. The idea is to make every Robacus node a mirror image of each other, while the various software robot libraries residing in different Robacus nodes form the world wide web of robots. This would be an encyclopedia of how-to's, unlike the WWW on the Internet that only provides what-is.
